Yes. And mites. And parasites. It's part of why you're supposed to quarantine any new Snake you add for at least a couple weeks before moving them into your reptile room

Typically infestations don't get this bad, but I imagine this snake hadn't had food or water for quite some time, was probably not getting proper thermal regulation or moving around much, and they mentioned it needed antibiotics.

This should never have happened if it's previous owners weren't cruel assholes
