Getting a Ticket

Reminds me of a story... A rich man parks his car in a no park zone and his not so wealthy colleague points out the sign and says, You can't park here, to which the wealthy man replies.... No, YOU can't afford to park here.

Seems odd to use an image of a set of minor infractions where the fine is only meant to be a nuisance anyway.
