Define "win". They were never going to conquer all of Europe and the USSR. But there are paths they could have taken to have prolonged their existence as a state.
I concur. While it is reductive and dismissive of quite a few key facts to say the end of Nazi aggressions in WW2 hang on those factors listed alone- we need to be clear on 2 points.
The first point is as famousone partly states- how do we define win? The second one is that while the Nazis may have been a “loser” in WW2- the “Germans” can be said to have “won.” At the start of the war Germany was an economic and social mess that could have easily become an underdeveloped nation or a minor European power- even possibly been absorbed in coming conflicts and ideological shifts such as being swallowed by the Soviets or other European powers.
After the defeat of the Nazis and subsequent events- Germany received comprehensive aid and support from around the globe. Governments seeking to avoid the same conditions post WW1 worked WITH Germany to establish a stable economy and government (as well as for capitalists to oppose communism by using west Germany as a “beacon” of functional capitalism and an ally to the west…)
So all told it can be argued that Germans at large and modern Germany may not exist at all or have become a global and Europe wide political and economic powerhouse had the Second World War not occurred or events went differently. As far as wars go…
… for the most part the Nazis were able to achieve many of their goals that were shared by Germans at large who weren’t Nazis. They made Germany a major power, built a strong economy and standard of living, ensured the countries overall security long term, established numerous social welfare and public works programs… of course territorial ambitions fell far short and the Nazis ultimately failed in their racial ideologies and such- which I would say are good things to have failed- but modern Germany can be said to have come out of the war as a “winner” when we look at the conditions in the country pre war and post war, and consider both Germany's world standing and what goals they went into the war with vs. what was achieved for the country. Of course in the most ultimate sense- all of humanity “lost” in WW2 as we can’t really weigh the gains of the war against the massive death and suffering that linger and echo almost a century later.
