So we’ve done this one before but I’ll cliffs notes it.
This episode is one where there is reduced gravity- that’s a “space suit” she is wearing. So she isn’t lifting the weight of the plates at earth gravity.
Secondly- while the size of the plates and their color could imply competition bumper plates, it’s inconclusive. The bar also does not appear to be an Olympic bar. We don’t actually know how much weight that is- a non Olympic bar almost certainly weighs less than the 45lbs of an Olympic bar. The plates could be bumper plates or lighter poly plates or they could even be MORE than the suggested weight and made if an ultra dense material like depleted uranium or lead that would make a plate of that size heavier than a standard plate.
But gravity is reduced and it is unlikely she is benching the 405 suggested. That said the Frizz has done many superhuman things and the bus itself defies conventional understanding of physics so… believe as you will.
