There is no place in earth left with clean rain : EVERYWHERE there is forever chemicals in it.

Yeah. Just as a species we aren’t super great at the concept of forever, hell, enough people have 60+ years to plan for retirement- something that directly and profoundly impacts their self interest- and do poorly at it. Teens often think 30 is “old” and have trouble planning the next 4 years of their life or connecting the dots on how that might impact the rest of it. So I mean…. Oops. Turns out forever is longer than we thought- but it isn’t like we have stopped using any of it- and we are trying to ramp up the batteries and heavy metals that really are pre to ally forever in the universe… so I don’t see a lesson being learned here until it’s too late, like a smoker quitting after the stroke or the cancer.
