Its a crime to humanity. If you run a dog over you should check on it to see if its not dead. And the fact that mike found out he killed a dog that belonged to somebody AND he doesn't feel bad? Awful. People like this shouldn't have been born.

Adding to my comment, he ALSO wanted her to pay for her dead sdogs fur in his wheels. Absolutely despicable.
