This feels like a good way to cap off this year's Spooktober. Featuring a nice balance of the froggy and the spooky, this short is still fun over 90 years later.
It's a shame that Flip never rose to the same heights as other icons of the Golden Age of animation, and he is indeed a pretty obscure character, having appeared in shorts only between 1930 and 1933. And I admit that this particular cartoon is by no means a masterpiece.
