Yes. The jacked up part is when he came back inside I yelled at him for scaring me and he's the one who gets mad

Last night at my friends house we had one of those moments. When we came downstairs the front door was half open and there were weird noises coming from the basement.......my friend carried around a broom

That happened to me, it was a Halloween prank. My dad decided to put a Jason outfit on. Mask and all and then he looked right at me through the window and I got so scared that I fell backwards and ripped the curtains down with me.

that happened to me but i live a half kilometer from any civilization and both my parents were i the house. and i know it was a face becouse i saw it clearly and my only window is facing out to the forest.
