What really gets me is when they do before and after pictures, except it is so obvious that they are not even the same person.

It's the same person they're just altering the pictures. Prolly done in the same day

They put some mildly nit in shape guy and make him slouch and puff his stonach out, then show him after working out for like 3 months and go LOOK AT THE AMAZING RESULTS
