As you should be!!! That's wonderful! I use to have a similar satchel. I loved that thing. I gave it to someone who went back to school.

It's a call center where customers are happy to speak to someone in the US when seeking assistance, and not the kind that calls me while I'm busy and wants to sell me Medicare Advantage, final expense insurance, or a home security system, right?
