Someone rammed a pole near my job and broke it off a foot over the ground. Instead of dig it out and replace it they put in a new pole right by the stub and then attached the broken pole to the new one with a loose rope so that they old pole is just hanging over the road. It still has a transformer and all the other wires and shit on it and they've left it that way for two years now. I should probably post pictures because if you think this is wild then you've gotta see the one up here
