It's kinda interesting, because I'm assuming this has to do with pollution. Most developed countries actually export their trash to less developed countries, and then turn around and blame pollution on them.
Yes. Also, if I'm not mistaken there is no plastic recycling in the US anymore since it relied upon China buying the plastic trash.
