Not really. They are making travel lanes smaller and bike lanes wider. New developments are required to put in a turn lane and bike lane on their own property. AND remaking old railway lines into bike paths.

Yeah, I've seen them snaking through highway traffic. Someone needs to add to the regulations that paint is not a valid form of infrastructure.
