Gotta love being "Agile"

I mean. IT people are supposed to have time to keep up to date on training. If you have no documentation to do, then you have two days to work on certs or self directed learning. That's assuming no one on the team could be helped and your lead is ensuring spare capacity instead of bad at planning. You could use the two days to research managing up, lol.
