crying is a great stress relief, so why should i stop?

Here's to the boys that feel this way too....it will come a day when all the nights that you cried, all the days you wanted to just disappear, all the moments when you felt that this is enough, they will make sense. All the pain made you stronger and braver, and one day a person will come in your life and make you realize why it never worked out with anyone else. Stay strong and never give up. Stars can not shine without darkness. :)

I was actual having a really bad day today. My days usually are really bad. I don't have a lot of good days. My thoughts aren't suicidal, but this post stopped them from becoming suicidal. Thank you to the person who posted this, it made my entire day :)
