I also had a rooster that would give all treats to his hens. Even if you gave it directly to him, he'd carry it in his beak and then drop it on the ground in front of the hens. He also always did the mating dance instead of being uber aggressive with the hens like a lot of roosters. His name was Cuddles. He was a good rooster.
