I see that red roof and I want to paint it black

while the surface of the house would be hot from attracting so much light, the inside should stay fairly cool.

If you have enough money to paint your house all black, you have enough to afford air conditioning

There are no african americans that are germans, they would be african germans. Just like there are no mexican americans living in Mexico, they are just mexican there. American only applies to/within America.
