Technically they aren't lying, they're saying it has a special formula to make them strong, it's medicine so it does make them healthy and strong.

Chemo is poison, but it's meant to kill the cancer cells faster than any other cells. Even though I made that statement, I get why one might do this. I'm just sayin'...

How do you explain cancer to a kid? Can you imagine explaining that to them, then explaining chemo?
