This reminded me of Death's first song in Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey.
"You might be a king or a little street sweeper, but sooner or later, you'll dance with the reaper."
Get down with your bad self.
Okay sorry but I have to do this:
1. He's not called 'Doctor Who', his name is just 'The Doctor'.
2. He's not immortal, he just has a certain amount of Regeneration energy that he can use to stay alive if he gets injured to the point that it could kill a normal human, by becoming a completely new person, thus healing himself fully. That Regeneration energy isn't infinite though and it will run out eventually, so he'll either die of old age or die of a serious injury.
3. He can also be killed mid-regeneration, so there's loads of ways for him to be killed. He's not immortal.
I don't see how his ability to time travel has anything to do with him living forever. Time may go as slowly or as quickly as he wants for everyone else, but it's still going at the same speed for him, which will eventually cause him to die.
