Is it that one, the one that stand out like a sore thumb?

I thought i was the only one.

i first realized that in an old cartoon (not dbz) where the character had to pick something, and it was a suspenseful moment for the viewers. I then realized that the soon-to-be-picked item was less detailed, as it was going to be animated.
