That has to be a huge planet or a small star for the star to move that much

it's just an animation, stars with planets have a slight wobble to them, this was the original method for detecting exoplants

I know that,but most centers of mass between a star and a planet are inside the star,that's how massive they are

have you seen a scale of a planet and a sun? if they did this, you'd be looking at a pixel moving in a circle and a glitch going around it
