Do you have to fill it with wax to burn?

I would assume the balloon just makes the shell. Then you fill the shell with wax, with a wick placed centrally, to create the candle. Usually, though, this type candle have a flat bottom, so they would possibly be dangerous as they could tip,

I think the lightbulb has oil in it not wax. I'm not sure what they did to the last one though.

I've always kind of hated the "bread tab on the tape" one because you could just fold the tape together (sticky to sticky) and save the tab for another hack.

Like when your jandals break (bit that goes between ur toes pops through to the top) push it back through and use a bread tag to keep it in place. Simple.
