I work at a movie theater and we are supposed to upsell the drinks. Sometimes whenever people don't buy the larger size i will put a whole bunch of ice in their drink when they aren't looking so they will get the larger size next time.

I always ask for no ice, cold drinks/food hurt my teeth. If ice still gets put in it, I give it right back asking for no ice, just soda. I've never had a single argument, but plenty of dirty looks.
