Phyllis sometimes says the weirdest, creepiest, most inappropriate stuff but she somehow always manages to make of sound sweet in that dainty little voice of hers.

Well, here, she's just being funny (a bit inappropriate considering it's work, but nothing compared to Michael) but other times she's a bit weird, creepy, or inappropriate.
