and it feels like your heart has been ripped out of your chest but you gotta hold it all in bc you are in front of other people....yeah, i know the feeling. cry it out and don't occlude those that love you and are trying to be there for you. they may not understand but they can hold you while you cry. everything will always be ok...even if its not right now, it will be!

awww ty, honey. i'm not always positive (i am human after all) but I really try! And that last part is my mantra. I repeat it over n over (like a crazy person rocking back n forth in the corner) when i am down in the dumps.
