like when I nag at my kids "get a jacket! you're gonna get cold! mark my words" and they're all "nah, i'm fine" and then when we go out and they get cold they're all "mommie, can i use your jacket cuz i'm cold?!" in which case i reply like any other caring mom with a sweet-low-whispered, "noooooo....maybe next time you'll listen to me" but they never do.
