No, the coloration. It's a mallard duck, and the females are brown and makes are black and green.

lol ty. i don't know why it was so dire for me to find out but i even googled it. even found out "that drakes [males] have a raspy, whispering quack; while females are loud and clear." also that "Drakes have a curled sex feather on their tail (which might not be readily seen at a distance, however) that the females lack."
