While just as unfair, still more realistic than taxing the lower class who cant afford to take that kind of financial burden. If you have 3 guys, 1 has 1 grape, the second guy has 2 grapes, and the last guy has no grapes, should the first guy cut his one grape in half to carry the weight or should the second guy give up his second grape. Its not fair but be realistic.

The second guy should give up his grape so the last one doesnt starve, he's still fine and so is everyone else, how is money any different.

That guy should give his extra grape to the last one so he won't starve but money IS different. People give money to homeless people all of the time and the people that don't probably just think that they're just gunna go spend it on drugs and alcohol which is understandable but it's not always the case. Anyway just because some one has more money doesn't mean that they should have to just give it to people who don't. Your life is your own responsibility. It is your responsibility to care for yourself. You shouldn't have rely on the government or the higher class to help make sure that you get enough food to eat. Yes, everything is over priced but you shouldn't just stop supporting yourself since other people can do it for you. People are rich because they work for it (most people anyway). You shouldn't get punished by having to pay more taxes simply because you worked harder to get more money to support yourself. I don't think that the rich should have to pay more taxes than others.
