This is uncomfortably ambiguous. Scenario 1: The narrator is just being immature, and the friend laughs so hard she cries. Scenario 2: the narrator brings his/her lips right up to her ear, causes her to tense up in anxiety, whispers "anal penetration" in a raspy voice, wriggles his/her tongue into her ear for a few seconds, and then sits back in his/her seat as she begins sobbing quietly.
