The cooks are who is most affected by this, and they don't get a tip :/

They get paid high hourly, unlike servers

Plus a server has to then tip out the busboys as well as paying the restaurant itself 20%, and if it's a restaurant with a community tip jar... Then.... Then your a screwed server
