If I really had "ultimate authority", I'd just turn Congress into a giant Pit 'O Doom and call it a wash.

Eh, I'm not sure I would want to have ultimate authority. I'm afraid I would become corrupt and evil somehow.

Oh I COULD do it. I just don't want to. Running a classroom of 36 is more than enough work for me.
