Seriously hearing your parents have sex is one of the most scarring events. I don't know how I survived.

I felt so weird an awkward and violated when that happened. They may not have meant for me to hear it but by god I did. Just wait till they go outside or to a friends house or to school. There's bound to be some days when both of you are off of work.

I feel like you're being selfish. You felt violated? How do you think you were made? I'm not a parent but I'm assuming time is scarce and trying that hard might have an adverse effect on your relationship. Look on the bright side and be thankful they have a healthy relationship.

By violated I mean like... Idk. Awkward and weird. I know how I was made and I know that some people might not have a lot of time for it. Honestly they should just kick me out if the house for a an hour or so. Plus, this was a long time ago. And they had plenty of time besides then and it only happened a couple times. Anyway. I can't be thankful that they have a healthy relationship because they don't. My dad was a sicko who (in the little time that he had us) exposed me and my sister to tons of horrible things. He was a hoarder and you couldn't see the floor in the house and he also had two junk yards (yes actual junk yards) full of broke down cars and some of them weren't his. He's gone to jail tons of times. He lost rights to me and my sister and almost never pays/payed child support. After many years of my dad complaining my mom let him have visitation rights and though he stopped complaining he never comes to visit. He loves us but his mind doesn't know the correct way to show it.

My mom is a great person and single mom plus I have my grandparents that live really close too. She just didn't find the right guy.

It's okay I respect your opinion. I'm pretty sure nobody has gotten hurt from hearing their parents gettin' it on. It just feels awkward. We just have different perspectives :)

Hey you're a girl. That's like the 12th time Someone I thought was a guy was actually a girl. Good for you.

Lol! Yeah. It seems like I always think a guy is a girl through the Internet. I think it's just cuz I'm a girl and I just assume that other people are girls.
