I think he was just walking around without a shirt on and then he took off his pants and underwear to take a shit and ended up looking like he wasn't wearing anything.

All I know is I get completely naked and if someone busted in the bathroom that was locked and took a selfie, they'd be the weird one. Not me.

But the bathtub is right there and it doesn't appear that he had been taking a showers recently (besides, if he had and the water was hot/warm, the mirror would be foggy). Anyways, it looks like they were just hanging out together (presumably in the attic or the uppermost floor) and then one guy had to take a shit and the other posed for a picture.

Well, as I said in a previous comment, I believe he just wasn't wearing a shirt and then when he took a shit, he pulled down his pants and underwear and therefore it seemed like he was wearing no clothes.
