WHAAAAAT?! KINDER EGGS ARE ILLEGAL IN THE UNITED STATES?!?!?!?!

They're a choking hazard for children under three because they explore the world using their mouths. It's not an accidental thing. I don't think it's necessary to make them illegal, but the safety message needs to be strongly emphasized. German children are no different than American children in terms of general development.

The actual american kinder eggs weren't as good as the original german ones.

If a parent buys the child that chocolate it is their responsibility to make sure they don't choke on small parts. Don't ruin it for everyone else

Lets not forget how many children were brutely murdered by assault riffles at the Sandy Hook shooting. And some people are worried about kids choking on candy.........

Well parents need to be more responsible for their children. It's their responsibilitie to take care of them. It's no fair that they ruin it for others. And wow! I didn't know these were illegal in the US! But then again I've never really gone looking for them while in the US, to those Americans who live in the north if you ever want some kinder surprises canada has plenty!

Yeah you don't just bit the egg anyway you break it open and eat the sides of it and you would basically have to put the entire egg in your mouth at one time to have any chance to swallow any part of the plastic
