I only hate it because the other people in the group leave you all alone to do it and they get the credit. So if you're going to work by yourself in the group, might as well just work alone.

In group projects I end up doing everything. Then I get a 90 and give me a dirty look because they wanted higher.

Also, it's sort of like you have to pull everyone's weight to get a good mark. And when you do, none of them learn a lesson. They just learn that next time they work with you, they can load off you because you can get them good marks. :( It sucks a lot. I think I'm just lucky at the moment that my school gives out individual marks as well.
