Just because he works there doesnt mean they like it. Also it is a summer camp, which means not a full time job for all we know the pay may just be well enough to continue doing that for 3 summers.

I find this story highly offensive. Don't ever call anyone a retard, especially anyone who is mentally or physically disabled, and how dare you not rush to help them?!
