That isn't a dash it is called a hyphen which is why this is the dumbest thing because if it isn't silent then her daughters name is Lahypena

My English teacher was doing football announcing and a kids name was spelt Shithead and she thought surely no ones would name there kids that,it turns out the kids name was pronounced Shi-THEAD.
