I see, America did great against Britain. Now going from over two hundred years ago to today... and it still does great. (Hint: one of these statements is sarcastic.)

I prefer to look on the bright side. It's great living surrounded with such stupidity. You're never at a loss for someone to laugh at.

I guess this was talking about the general population, I was simply making a point, that a lot of intelligence has gone into creating our military among many other things that are great about America. The general population is not the most intelligent as a whole, I'll give you that, but we're not stupid.

People who are especially stupid like to pretend people from other countries are stupid, while they aren't simply by virtue of birthplace, because it makes them feel better about themselves. It's kinda like a grown-up version of bullying, if you think about it.

I guess so, it's just very saddening to see the place I love constantly being mocked and ridiculed for no good reason.

There's a good reason much of the time. I just feel more pity for the people who think their country is somehow above it all.

But every county has stupid people, there's no reason to single out America, which people do all the time. I do have a lot of pride in my country and for good reason.

Okay I studied abroad in England and I never once met someone there who thought all Americans were stupid they actually admired us and we admired them I think the only Brits who hate on America are the losers on the internet
