Well thanks. But my family is doing brunch instead, so at least I get bacon. And yeah if a 23 year old man you know from the internet showed up I'm fairly sure I'd be arrested.
lol Tara you're so sweet. We could have an internet thanksgiving so that people like pebble who won't be having a thanksgiving meal can at least enjoy some internet turkey and internet mashed potatoes with some internet wine

Yup! I believe this year they were within two weeks of each other.... Maybe.... I can't really remember.... I can't get candy on Halloween anymore, if I show up at anyone's house they usually tell me to scram
That's mean :P trick or treating is fun I don't care how old you are! My friends and I go to Chile Cook Off (we go before it gets all crazy with drunk people) and go trick or treating. We're almost getting "too old" so I'm not sure how many more years we'll be doing that.
I've been considered 'too old' since I was 12. My parents almost wouldn't let me go out that year, that was the same year my dad started pressuring me to get a job. Right. Because people hire twelve year olds. Now I actually look too old, or what adults consider too old, and have to talk my mom into buying the leftover Halloween candy at Costco, which she almost never will because she doesn't believe in eating such things
Aw :( yeah my mom pressures me to get a job too and I'm that age. I babysit my little cousin sometimes while her parents are at work but since they live and work in a national park they aren't far from the house. They pay me for it but there isn't much else I can do to make money at this age!! :P
I can't drive yet and my parents think that I can just get a job anywhere and that's going to be just great. All because my bloody step sister got a job when she was 13. In case they haven't noticed, I'm not my step sister. I'm never going to be my step sister, and I never want to be anything like her because another thing she did when she was 13 was go out get drunk and get picked up by the police.... Twice....
I wish I could babysit, most of my cousins are getting too old, and the others are already being baby day by my damn STEP SISTER!!! And when my mom used to try and get me a baby sitting job she'd tell them 'and if you're not okay with him as a baby sitter, I have a step daughter a couple years older than him' THANKS MOM! THANKS A LOT!!
I'm not old enough to drive yet either so my mom drives me but I still don't babysit her A LOT because they don't need it very often. They should try to go a little easier on you. It's hard to find a job when you're young. There are jobs like mowing lawns, babysitting, walking dogs and stuff like that but people don't always trust other people (especially young people) with their kids and if you're like me than there isn't any grass ANYWHERE because you live in the middle of a desert. Plus, our neighbors live far away and with walking dogs for other people since our neighbors are in walking distance even though they're far away I could go and pick up they're dogs and walk them for them but I don't have a lot of neighbors so there isn't very many dogs. Also, since we live so far apart everyone just lets their dogs outside on their own anyway and they can go running and exploring on their own. There are plenty of reasons why it's hard to find jobs for under aged people.
