Okay I'll be completely honest about this- I've never really felt this in my life.
Insecurity about appearance is definitely less abundant in males.

I agree. Don't get me wrong, guys can be insecure as well and it's awful both ways but way more girls are insecure than guys.

I don't think I've met one person who wasn't insecure about something. But yes, girls tend to have more appearance-oriented insecurities than guys.

Well, maybe you haven't but plenty of guys have. Now, I don't think I like, super attractive, but I don't think I'm ugly either. I don't have much opinion on how I look at all. But a lot of guys do.
