Massive yarn bombing in the city

I wish I lived in a city with awesome people

Let us hope they were responsible yarn bombers who came and took it down again when it started to deteriorate.

In my city, people do this all the time. Once though, someone knitted a pair of shoes and put them on the feet of one of the statues, and some guy came, took them, put them on, and walked away.

I've seen this in my town and I actually hate it, it's a waste of wool that could have been used to make blankets for homeless people or otherwise
