If you actually look into the story, you would find that he was told not to kiss the girl at school. He disobeyed. He was suspended. That's fine. He needed to be punished to show they were serious. But to put something like this on his PERMANENT record? Like, how?? How can you consider it sexual harassment? Where is the logic here? I hope his parents can get the school to remove the charge.
It's not him being suspended that angers me, it's that he will have sexual harassment on his record forever. In my school, stuff like that transfers to high school records and gets sent to colleges with transcripts. Colleges can refuse you for things like that.
Ha! I remember in 2000 my friend in kindergarten kissed a girl on the cheek at recess and the only thing that happened was that they said no kissing on the announcements the next day. I fear the future
