If you've always hung out with guys, how do you have a comparison? I used to think that way too, and had almost exclusively male friends until college (I've been the best 'man' twice in my friends weddings, just to give you an idea) until I realized the image of women I distanced myself from and despised was all media and societal made. The idea of these shallow and empty girls is something that is pushed on us- no girl is empty, we all have our battles and experiences. We're more than society tells us we are.
Ok let me fix this
A girl is a flirt only if she purposely attracts a bunch of boys
A girl is bossy if she is being an asshole while taking charge
And its gossiping for both genders
I think you could update this to more modern language- have you ever heard a man called a slut or a whore? What is the worst thing you can think of to call him? I bet you're thinking of some kind of metaphor for being gay or being a woman- both which are considered insults. It's a double standard.
I think the male equivalent of a whore would be a pimp or a player i guess.

Life is one big double standard, and there are double standards for guys too. Girls can play with action figures and be considered a tomboy, but if a guy plays with dolls, they are completely gay. Girls can wear men's clothing and nobody says anything, but if a guy wears women's clothing they are also gay. Girls can also do things with other girls and consider it experimenting, but if a guy does anything remotely like that, he's also gay. There are a lot of double standards for both sexes.
Exactly! Gender roles hurt everyone- and as long as traits that are universally feminine (being sensitive, open with feelings, etc.) are considered negative and insulting, they will be used as insults. Only when we widen our ideas of what gender is and why we think of it how we do (like we're all doing right now!) can things change.
Wait am I
I'm pretty sure I am
