I like that the person did this but not that he/she had to "announce" it and tell the other to "pass on the karma." That's not how karma works! Karma is continuously getting the life lessons that you need to receive.

Im happy that they announced it. The person would not have known of, or appreciated the act if he wasnt told. It'll make their day better and give them the reason to help someone if they werent going to help initially.
