No! The only thing that makes me mad about periods is when people ask if i'm on my period because i'm mad, like that makes me even madder.

Girls with higher magnesium levels have been shown to show less signs/no signs of pms; however the american diet is so poor that most american girls do get pms. It also becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy psychologically; girls feel justified in being a bitch during her period because they are expected to be like that. Girls need to stop with this, it makes everyone hate you.

I don't get bitchy. I get depressed and antisocial and I just want to be left alone with chocolate and my books. Easy enough in summer. And I hide it okay during school.
