Some of them the ads, the cheese isn't melted, but the reality, the cheese is, melted so if the cheese isn't melted maybe it would look a little better

Not sure why that got downvoted... Food in ads is often NOT real. Glue is used instead of milk, mashed potatoes instead of ice cream, oil instead of sauces. Who knows what some of these pictures are actually of...

When they advertise ice cream they sometimes use mashed potato instead of ice cream during filming
