Sadly that's not how society works. We work with groups and classify people. In the old days there were always groups above the other. So now apparently we can't go out with the old and in with the new. The world just sucks. -Reyna

Good for you and all that, but this is something that needs to be reposted. It's not just some random funny video or a picture of a cat. I've personally seen this video make a change in the behavior of bigots because for once it finally clicked that they had no right to damage someone emotionally or physically just because they didn't like who that person loved.
I'd never seen this video before, but it was the second time I came across it last night. So I watched, and was so glad I did. That was a beautiful message, and it actually made me cry.
Wow. When I began to watch this I was so confused, about how everything was switched around (for some reason it didn't show the title for so I went based off comments and decided to watch) but ya know something? Which ever genius filmed this knew damn well what they were doing (well of course they did..) but they really got the message through to me and I'm accepting to ALL! And I hate bullies, hatred, etc. It hurt to see the little girl do what she did..so anyway, I'm thinking "What the hell? That's not right. They hate her for being hetero? That's stupid." But guess what?! So is hating people who love their own gender. The LGBT community are people too. With hearts, and minds, and feelings. They're not animals, so they definitely shouldn't be treated anything less than a human should be. I'm boiling with anger and it STUNG physically when I cried after watching this. I haven't had such a good cry since my grandma died, it breaks my heart knowing that this is true, that there are kids comitting suicide because they get bullied for who they are. Society idea of normal instead of making people normal is making them do horrible things, I truly hope things get better in the future.
I'm assuming this is the if gay was straight and straight was gay video. I've seen it twice and each time it makes me cry. I'm straight, but I don't understand why being lesbian is so bad.
If more people realized what harm they do with their hatred and closed minds, then maybe things would change. The gays are (not fast enough) being more accepted in most of the world. Unfortunately, in some places, it's only getting worse. The transgender people are next, getting hit with much more hostility, now, from both cis-gendered straight people, and cis LGB people. (Cis-gendered meaning non-trans, if you didn't know) I'm not saying the world will ever be completely free from hate. That's impossible. But things are getting better. We just have to educate the world.
