some of the emotions in the children (if you have seen the short movie) are male, some are female, because the children have not yet found their sexual identity. haven't even started thinking about it. that's why the emotions in the adults were all male or all female (please let's not start a "but I have 5 genders" discussion), with the female emotions wearing a fake mustache (dad) and the male emotions bow and pearls (mother).

Her strength varies from being able to lift 800 pounds to being able to lift 25 tons, depending on her adrenaline levels. Her speed, agility and stamina are also enhanced. So yeah, in a 5 minute fight she can kick his ass, take some mean hits and still get up.
