Among other things anyway. That said- he surely helped some people and went through some bad stuff himself. At some point he became an alcoholic, some sources say as a result of the abuse and others say he was already there before it- but that likely didn’t help his overall situation and was more suffering on the plate of a man who obviously had been through quite a bit. He killed himself as a political statement, a sadly common theme among men’s rights activists, leaving behind a note making clear his suicide was a political statement and willing his assets to funding for men’s assistance programs.

The most common cause given for the failure are vague claims that “feminists did it.” Not directly- there is no evidence of that- but the common claim is that through their advocacy for women’s rights feminists have made men’s issues trivialized and thusly their advocacy for women’s rights is itself an assault on men. That’s what you’ll mostly find when researching this- which… well… I’m gonna leave that alone because there’s a lot to unpack there. But anyway- we don’t know exactly what his finances were or if things were properly managed or why he was in trouble etc. we know it is generally agreed upon that he had trouble getting donations and funding. Which- could also have something to do with his, and by extension his organizations perception due to the whole… being strongly involved with a bunch of toxic loonies. If you want to get government funding, my advice is to avoid groups that say things like “by fighting for women’s rights you attack the rights of men..”

The primary issue was that as a private non profit Mr. Silverman could not secure the donations he required to run his shelter allegedly. I can’t find any detailed information on his finances or the shelters finances- we know Mr. Silverman and his shelter were in poor financial straights when he took his life, we do not know WHY. We do not know where his or the shelters money went or what contributed beyond it is known he had trouble securing donations- but we don’t have the details and the popular narrative is that he poured it all into his shelter and didn’t have enough- but where is the evidence he did so at all or that he managed the shelter funds or his personal funds responsibly? People go bankrupt for any number of reasons from any number of factors. Running a shelter can cost- but people can go bankrupt while carrying major expenses due to other factors- we need evidence.

We may never know the truth about what went on in the Silverman home- in relationships it’s story against story much of the time. Silverman says his wife hit him and she says he hit here. For his part he admits to hitting her at least once claiming it as retaliation. She went to a shelter, he got upset he couldn’t find a shelter, he started his own. The information is sparse because other that people who want him made a saint and people who just talk about his views on women- finding hard fact in details is tough- but Mr. Silverman did receive funds from the government. As a matter of record the government of his province even sent a male abuse victim referral to his shelter and subsidized the stay with 1000 dollars in government money. So claims he never received public money are patently false.

Earl Silverman suffers domestic abuse, something no one should have to suffer. That said the common narrative on Silverman as seen here is a bit… truncated. Your sibling asks for the Tv remote, you tell them to get it themselves. They trip and fall on you breaking your tooth. Someone asks “Howd you break your tooth?” And you say: “my sibling struck me in the face after I wouldn’t give them the remote..” you have told no lies nor bent any truth. 100% true, 100% accurate, but your omission of certain details creates a very different picture to most listeners than if you told the complete story. Mr. Silverman was a “men’s rights activist” and a member of several groups which have been flagged by NPO’s like SPLC and independent reviewers as anti feminist or anti woman, and called out for misrepresentation or distortion of facts and statistics, “making shit up,” and cherry picking.

So WHY specifically any person finds any other or some specific act or stimulus arousing is pretty all over the place. It can be interesting or enlightening or even have usefulness to understand better, but none of that revolves around or has a terribly critical aspect of gender. Are you gay? Is this thing gay? Dude- if I paint a hunk of clay right you’d get hard and if you were horny enough and had the opportunity you’d have sex with it. Gay doesn’t even enter into it- in oversimplifies terms your sex brain is stupid. We laugh at it when we hear about beetles trying to have sex with bottles because they resemble the females shell or a bird trying to bang a lawn ornament or whatever- but porn and cartoons and sex dolls and extreme plastic surgery and all this stuff is just that with humans. You’ll get turned on by anything that looks close enough to what you think is sexy. It’s that simple. Gender, genitals, species, alive or inanimate, physical or digital, it doesn’t matter.

.. female. So I could go one as there are countless motivators and interpretations and such- the big take away on psychology is that the things our minds connect to sex can vary and the way we interpret any given stimulus is subjective. Psychology of sex gets complicated but usually ends up back at a few simple roots that just snake through the brain and consciousness to end up attached to some particular thing after an often winding path that can lead to some unpredictable or curious ends from its root.

.. “equality” where genitals are the same. For a man, they will generally understand a penis. Probably are familiar with it and how to give pleasure, or at least subconsciously believe they are, as they likely have experience in masturbating and are probably quite pleased with their ability to do so. They also understand the feeling of having a penis and being aroused. We don’t know what having another genders genitals feels like- we don’t know if men and women feel the same things in sex or the same intensity and such. If our partner has genitals like ours we can understand the pleasure they feel better. That can be arousing for some. For others the vagina may be intimidating- especially if they have performance anxieties. We know that on the whole in popular discourse and culture and in the experiences of most that it tend to be simpler and more consistent to get men to orgasm. The male sexual response doesn’t carry the same wide spread concepts of mystery and complexity as the..

.. often violently and noticeably and until the orgasm is over the person may be wracked by spasms and such they can’t stop or control. They may lose some control over their vocal abilities and we know that many people in a state of heightened sexual arousal or pleasure can be suggestible or malleable. They might beg or even might agree to things they otherwise wouldn’t just to continue feeling that way or achieve a more intense feeling. Often times other interests can be traced to things like this- the arousal many get surrounding bodily functions for example like urine or feces or vomit can in cases be traced to similarly concepts of power or powerlessness or to similarities to orgasm- a sudden pressure and release with involuntary expulsion and such. Often Futa or trans porn can follow similar psychological lines. In many societies penises are linked to power, a submissive person may seek to be dominated by power, some may seek to dominate one with power, and there can be an..

So there is a lot going on when it comes to your sexual preferences and that doesn’t touch psychology and all the ways that we can intercepted various acts and details differently or all the motivations. Power is often a big one- a power dynamic in sex- and it’s subjective. A man may feel that reviving oral from a partner gives him the position of power, they are “servicing” him and such, the partner giving oral might also believe this and enjoy a subservient role, or the partner giving oral might feel THEY have the power as their partner is in a position of vulnerability to them, one bite is all it would take and they are powerless. The act of giving pleasure can be seen as subservient- placing others ahead of self or as dominant- you control their pleasure, you control their ability to orgasm, you decide what you’ll do next or if you’ll stop. They might be in a state of suggestibility or loss of control, and orgasm is often a state of loss of control and inhibition. The body reacts..

As a matter of fact, most humans do not get aroused by the same of feces, human or otherwise, and most or many humans are not only not aroused by the smell, but are turned off or even may not be able to achieve orgasm or even reach a state to perform intercourse around the smell of feces. Of course for some humans it is the opposite, but often times even those who enjoy some idea of or the visuals of or who watch pornography with vomit or feces do not find the smell appealing or arousing. It is believed humans kiss to help gather smell and taste of a partner, conscious and subconscious information about health and lifestyle and genetics that can influence our attraction or arousal.

.. there are vast numbers with fantasy concerning aspects of anthropomorphization across a wide spectrum of particulars and details of the execution or extent they deviate from human form. The point is even if one isn’t a furry horses have been described as handsome for ages. “An ass like a Clydesdale” or a “donkey” or such isn’t a new comparison. Your mind and how it handles sexuality is WAY less based in biological gender than you may think it is. You’re looking at shapes and colors and such. You’re feeling for textures and tactile sensations that are pleasing- silk has long been associated with pleasure and sex, leather, etc etc. your sense of smell plays a huge and still not fully understood or documented role in sex. Pheromones and other markers but even smells unrelated to our partners. Numerous studies have explored what smells humans find sexual or respond well to sexually and which humans prefer what and why.

So all that changes is wether you or others know you’re gay, but the rest is all the same as it ever was no? The fact that we can see a cartoon or a sex doll made of plastic or drag queen or a photo of a landscape or a statue and be aroused- what does that mean? Well- think about this. It means that you aren’t turned on by “women,” you are turned on by cues you associate with women. Biological women often use makeup that completely makes them unrecognizable from without, shape wear and fashion choices and grooming and other means to “enhance” or “create” appeal. You can find sex appeal in non human objects if they are shaped and painted and presented in a way that looks like your idea of a human female. And look- let’s get uncomfortable. Human features that are attractive are and often have been compared to animals, haunches like a horse, built like a bull, swans and more. And vice versa. Unless it’s your first day on the internet you know people find human beauty in animals and…

Wether it is “gay” or not isn’t really relevant. You decide what you believe and others may feel the same or not. Futa specifically is usually women with penises, so they are usually still women in both gender identity and genetic sex- meaning that for a make it would not meet the textbook definition of homosexual as penis or not they are still a different sex. For women Futa would meet the criteria of homosexuality in the biological sense as the women are still women. Of course- if it is a cartoon none of the characters have DNA- they are cartoons. Gender is entirely decided by the narrative. You can draw a picture that looks like a photo of River Downey Jr. And say that she is your new female original creation “Lydia” and that’s a woman. So I could write 400 pages to walk through all these alleys but just… stop being idiots. Gay or not if you like it you like it. If it is gay, are you gay? If you are gay, does that change who you are? You were gay yesterday too then and didn’t know.

Statistically speaking, a large portion of men watch “trans” or “futa” type porn at least occasionally and most men who watch pornography with any regularity have watched it willingly at least once. In the last few years tracking for demand of trans porn on the internet has jumped by huge percentages- on average about double YOY.
Historically and presently the largest demand for “trans” porn in the US comes from “red” states and especially those which often have strict or conservative laws on sexuality and discrimination- like many southern and former confederate states.
Basically, if you’re in such a state your odds of any specific person you meet watching trans porn are much higher than most other places in the country.
So I mean- it’s pretty common overall but most men tend to be sheepish or lie about it even with other men who likely also watch these sorts of pornography or have fantasies of the nature.

Now- to this specific meme- we don’t actually know of anyone’s life was saved. The robbers were armed and they hit a guy, but we don’t know what would have happened if the family just let the robbers do as they liked. Maybe they would have left without any deaths, maybe they’d have killed the whole family. We don’t know because they were stopped before we could find out. That’s pragmatic of course, “wait and see” isn’t something I’d generally recommend when armed criminals have you at their whim and you have viable options to not acquiesce to whatever their desires dictate. A murder is bad enough but let’s not forget that rape or other crimes also aren’t off the table when it comes to home invasions.
A death did occur, and it was caused by a gun. We can’t exactly challenge derpy dash on point 2. Guns go bang and people get hurt. Ideally it isn’t innocent people and in the most ideal cases we never feel any need to use guns as there aren’t threats. So sure. But when there are threats?

Derpy dash- a scalpel has never saved a life nor has a car or a toaster oven or a computer. These things are tools. People save lives. Animals save lives. Tools are used to do things.
Guns shoot bullets. There are uses for that in niche settings but the big one is shooting people. Of course an empty fist, a taser, a beanbag or a gas or tranquilizer can all kill people too, there is no “no lethal” self defense save perhaps running away if possible and practical. So yes dead boy, guns kill people. Most police forces around the globe have guns. “The UK..” they don’t have police with guns? There is no situation in the UK where anyone but the military would show up to an emergency with a gun? Yeah. Uh huh. Wether you killed dinner yourself or bought it dead someone killed it. So it is splitting hairs to say we should rely on the police to shoot people.

Lol. “Cancel culture!” “Another example of male voices being silenced by a woke media culture!”
There. Most of that crowd can’t or won’t read more than two sentences and that should be enough to get them all to upvote me and probably even pay me to give a seminar.
I kid.. partially. But I mean- meh. Lol. I ain’t losing sleep because some folks saw a mirror and didn’t like what it showed. Facing ourselves can be hard. Accepting that it isn’t as simple as “be yourself” but is a more complex concept akin to “be the best version of yourself” or “be the person you want and need to be.” Who we think we should be won’t always be compatible with who anyone else or the world thinks we should be. We gotta decide what we want most in life, and sometimes choosing one thing means we can’t have another, so we have to choose our priorities. Maybe you want to colonize Mars, and maybe that means you’re gonna be single or have a very narrow pool to choose from on Mars. Choose a priority.

In not too long here WW2 will have started 100 years ago, shortly after it will have ended 100 years ago and children will be born into a world where WW2 is as far away for them as the civil war was for many of your parents or grandparents or even great grand parents. Already most people who were there are dead, and it won’t be too much longer until the people who were able to talk to that first generation and get first hand accounts are gone. Many today already forget or don’t believe, revise or disassociate from the truth or full impact of that period in history. It’s just a story about a world that is too far in time and detail for them to truly relate to. Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, etc. we don’t need to rank them. The horrors on their names defy ranking and they surpass the point where any virtues or good associated with them can redeem them or wash away their filth. No one lived through each and all of their horrors, so no one can say “eh, I didn’t mind this one as much…”

You can’t really compare horrors like those which followed those men. There also isn’t any justifiable reason to- by the human ideas of justice, either man deserves the most severe punishment and recrimination in name for themselves and their regimes and ideals which we can apply. For all time and throughout the world both names should be synonymous with horrors and twisted pervasive philosophies.
The only reason to compare how much “worse” one person on this level of vileness is than the other, is if one is attempting to make one of these men look better than history remembers them. To get people to start to think: “well actually, this guy wasn’t too bad..” “well actually, he did have some good points and not all his deeds or ideas were twisted and wrong…” To open a door through which one of them can find some redemption and perhaps even acceptance or even reverence through revisionist history.

wise and true. If you find a dollar on the ground technically it is reportable. So duh. It’s always your risk. Start a business? Your risk. Train or study for a job? Your risk. Etc etc. you get some protections such as insurance or write offs for certain investments like stocks to partially incentivize these behaviors that expand the economy but also because they support the established order. NFT’s only arguably and likely barely do the first, and part of the crypto NFT draw is their existence beyond the system and such. The IRS is the system. It isn’t really in their interests at this point to try to stabilize and legitimize a market strongly rooted in being able to circumvent their existence.

.. wether any criminal case sticks or not the taxes and penalties can be collected from their estates, and if criminal activity charges don’t stick, the evidence from the criminal trial could lead to a tax conviction because if the complexity and intensity of resources es requires for identifying and investigating crimes through finances, it usually isn’t petty criminals but “big fish,” criminals deemed particularly dangerous, or those who are already stringy suspected or accused of crime but where evidence isn’t sufficient for a criminal conviction (like Capone) who make that elite list.

Quite true. Though they did make some minor changes to the way taxes were handled awhile back so it wasn’t quite as simple as it once was to declare criminal earnings. While in theory the tax people should care about taxes, they do care about other crimes and work with other law enforcement to find and prosecute crimes including things like sex trafficking. That’s part of the importance of money laundering and why it’s become more important than ever in the US. The trade off is that it’s harder for criminals to pay taxes which takes away the almost guaranteed tax revenue of smarter criminals who would rather pay taxes than get locked up in an easy conviction tax case- but the gains are that while making paying taxes more difficult or risky for criminals does tend to reduce criminals reporting taxes semi honestly, it does make it easier to track and build finance based cases against criminals if all sorts. The bonus being that they can still be brought up on tax charges and…

I’d heard such horrible things about this show and I watched it the other night and I found it to be quite entertaining. I didn’t live every part of it. Not every joke landed and sometimes the pace was too much. Not having Scooby-Doo is a bit of a let down and there have been a few changes that seemed forced. Not every home was fresh, there were some sort of recycled gags and such, overall I thought it was fun and humorous.
I also feel a bit like if this show didn’t have a link to scooby doo and was just an original title with the characters it has but swapped on names and such that it probably would be getting a better reception or at least be an I watched gem that either later became popular or would be a cult classic on lists of “underaged shows for their time.” It’s not the best show I’ve ever seen but it’s a bit dark and fairly ridiculous and I had fun. I’d recommend the show to most people but it isn’t something I’d tell most people to make their priority to watch right away.

.. issue. Funny enough Wendy’s has always made it a point to use “fresh beef” for their burgers, a claim McDonald’s can still only make on certain burgers on their menu and one they couldn’t make at all until the last several years or so. For much of fast food history Wendy’s Pattie’s have arguable been “less artificial” than most of their rivals. Of course there was the king standing and still sometimes encountered rumor that Wendy’s used worms in their patties, and the famous Wendy’s “finger chili” incident which ended up declared a hoax didn’t help the brand catapult to the front of the market space.
But regardless, that’s what’s up.
