Funny thing. Puerto Rico is not in the USA, but is still under Federal Rule by the US Government, and in fact is the only place under that rule that refused to change it's legal drinking age to 21 (States and countries under federal rule have their highway budget cut if they don't enforce a minimum age of 21)

It's funny how much people underestimate the military power of the US.

For the past 50 years, the US has been pouring every dollar it can into it's military, it's literally preparing for a war with every other country at the same time.

If China and Russia team up against the US, it doesn't matter that they have more money, because it takes time to turn money into military power. USA don't have money because they already turned it all into military power in advance.

Every country in the world could team up against the US in a war WHILE THE US IS IN THE MIDDLE OF A CIVIL REVOLUTION and they'd still win. Because that's EXACTLY what the US military has been prepared for.

For those wondering, here's the reason this isn't, and will never be a thing:
.
On Consoles you use a controller, on PC you use a mouse/keyboard.
.
A typical controller has 4 directional buttons, 4 utility buttons, 4 back triggers, and 2 joysticks.
.
A typical keyboard has 4 directional buttons, 0 back triggers, a mouse instead of a joystick (more accurate) and 70 utility buttons. All of that is then multiplied by 6 for Ctrl/Alt/Shift modifiers.
.
FPS games are not viable because the mouse is far more accurate than a joystick.
RPG/ARPG/MMORPG games are not viable because the PC has 406 more buttons for use as keybinds than a controller.
Puzzle games are not viable competitively because, in a first person setting, such as portal, Mouse has higher turn accuracy, and in a classic 2D setting, such as Prof. Layton, mouse has the upperhand again.
RTS games are not viable because again, PC controls have a vast upper hand
Turn Based Strategies are not viable for the same reason.

Now I understand the dress.
First time I looked at this image I saw white and gold, even though I'd seen Blue and Black when looking at the original dress.
